We are all storytellers. For generations, we’ve turned to fairy tales, myths, and symbols to make sense of life’s mysteries. These stories live in us, shaping how we understand ourselves and how we move through the world. Your life story holds more power than you may know. Beneath the surface lie deeper narratives: some imagined, some inherited, some unconscious, that guide your sense of identity and purpose.

You may find yourself in a life transition, approaching the second half of life, or feeling disconnected from meaning. These moments, though disorienting, are invitations to turn inward and listen to dreams, images, archetypal patterns, and the quiet signals of the body. This process can uncover the hidden stories shaping your life and help you move toward something more whole and alive.

I’m a Jungian analyst with a background in history and a lifelong fascination with the mythic, symbolic, and psychological dimensions of the human experience. My journey began with an academic focus on ancient and medieval civilizations but deepened when I encountered Jung’s Red Book, which opened the door to mystery and a rich inner world. After earning a Master’s in History, where I explored the historical intersections of spiritual and mental health, I trained with the Ontario Association of Jungian Analysts. My training combined intensive study, personal analysis, and supervised clinical practice rooted in the lineage of C.G. Jung, Marie-Louise von Franz, Marion Woodman, and Robert A. Johnson.

For the past five years, I’ve accompanied individuals through transformative periods, when familiar ways of being fall away and profound questions begin to surface. I view analysis as a space for deep listening, where outdated narratives are dismantled and space opens for what is emerging.

If you're in a time of change, unsettled by the old story but unsure of the new, I invite you to reach out for a free consultation. Our first step is simply a conversation to see what’s stirring beneath the surface and whether analysis may offer a path forward. You must go in quest of yourself, and you will find yourself again only in the forgotten things.
