Maria Dolgopolova

I believe that the art of living lies in the ability to position oneself gracefully within the world around us and to create, in the present, a reality that allows our deepest psychic potential to unfold.
My name is Maria. I have been practicing as a clinical psychologist since 2013 and have gained extensive experience in assisting people to address their life challenges or to go through transitional stressful periods. Striving for continuous professional development eventually led me to Jungian training at the Carl Gustav Jung Institute in Zurich, where I have found a community of colleagues and supervisors whom I can fully trust and with whom I can grow further. I also have a background in Gestalt therapy and object relations psychoanalysis. All the turning points of my professional life and “CV details” can be found on my website.
For some time, I have identified myself as a professional with a developing research profile and a deep academic interest in the long-term consequences of trauma and in studies of the psychotherapeutic process. My recent co-authored article can be found in Open Access.
